Chinese Greens

When I make an Asian dish, it isn't always paired with vegetables.  I remedy this by using my go-to recipe for snow peas/green beans/broccoli.  So here it is....(measurements can be varied or adjusted based on quantities, but this is perfect for 2 servings)

Step 1: Saute vegetables in hot oiled pan for 2 minutes

Step 2: Add a tablespoon of your favorite broth (this is why it is great to have bouillon cubes)

Step 3: Cover pan with lid and led it simmer for 2 minutes

Step 4: whisk together a tablespoon of soy sauce with a tablespoon of corn starch, and add to pan

Step 5: Cover and simmer the vegetables until they're ready (1 minute for peas or beans, longer for broccoli)
