Last night I went to a Super Bowl party and volunteered to bring an easy dessert. Being thrifty, yet a little edgy, I decided upon making toffee brownies. I had an extra box of family size brownie mix lying around (regular brownies, not fudge), and the requisite oil and eggs. I decided to spruce up the traditional brownie mix by adding Hershey's symphony toffee and almond chocolate bars in between the brownie batter.
It was a success, and from now on, 3 bars of candy bars are going in between two layers of divided brownie batter.
