Every year I go to the same place for Thanksgiving. Now that I'm on a cooking streak, I volunteered to make something for the dinner, and got stuck with the least impressive item--cranberry sauce. I've never looked beyond buying canned cranberry, so the prospect of making cranberry sauce made me scowl a bit. So I searched the internet for the best cranberry sauce I could find, and stumbled upon a recipe by Paula Deen that looked easy, yet delish.
